第一步：脸部洗淨后 使用乾淨的挖棒挖取冻膜

第二步：开盖后，铝箔开一半就好了，使用完毕再盖好锁紧

SECOND：Open half of the aluminum foil and tighten the cover after using

第三步：敷约50cent硬币的厚度

第四步：敷约30分钟便可用挖棒刮除，使用面纸将冻膜擦拭乾淨，再用温水全脸洗淨
